Barcelona will accept a deal worth just £53m for Ousmane Dembele this summer as Arsenal continue to be interested in the young winger.
According to Spanish outlet Marca, the Catalan giants are willing to accept a cut-price deal for the former Dortmund man.
Having signed for around £135m (BBC), Barca would be taking a big hit on the player they had such high hopes for.
But after a disjointed spell in Spain, it appears officials at the Nou Camp have had enough of Dembele and could now be willing to recoup some of their money on Dembele.
Arsenal are well-known to have an interest in signing the 22-year-old. The Frenchman has struggled massively with injury since arriving at the Camp Nou. Indeed, he is currently out with yet another knock despite the global lockdown.
The Gunners could well be tempted to make a move for Dembele. However, with reports of a budget of less than £40m available this summer, Mikel Arteta may have to look elsewhere.
Dembele has scored just 19 goals since signing for Barcelona. As well as the poor goal return, the 22-year-old has also struggled to hold down a regular place in the starting XI.
A good player, but do Arsenal already have players like Dembele – TBR View
While Dembele is a massive talent who is clearly just waiting for the right manager and team to get him going, you have to question if Arsenal needs him.
A quick wide forward who can get a goal on his day, Dembele is very much in the mould of Nicolas Pepe and Gabriel Martinelli. It begs the question, then, if Arsenal are going to spend, would they be better looking at other targets.
With the budget set to be lower, it would be a surprise to see Arteta splash it on a similar style player to that they already have.
