Reported Arsenal target and current Porto midfielder, Danilo Pereira, has admitted he is a big fan of Mikel Arteta and would jump at the chance of a move to the Premier League.
ESPN claimed back in June that Danilo was one of a number of players on Arsenal’s radar heading into the summer.

His all-action style in the midfield is something the Gunners are looking for, with Thomas Partey another in that mould of player the club has looked at signing.
And in quotes taken from The Evening Standard, Danilo has conceded that a PL move is what he wants, while also admitting he has been impressed with Mikel Arteta’s work.
“I think he [Arteta] is doing a really, really, good job there.
“He is a really good coach who started as the second coach at City, so he has a little experience and Arsenal play very good football and I think he is doing very well there.”
The 28-year-old has made 25 appearances for Porto this season, while he has also been a regular for Portugal since 2015, racking up an impressive 37 caps for his country.

Danilo wants a Premier League move, Arsenal have to consider a move now – TBR View
As the move for Thomas Partey appears to stumble on, Danilo might well be the ideal second option. He’s made it clear he admires the Premier League, being quoted as saying;
“I always dreamed about playing in that league. I played also in Serie A but I think the Premier League is a huge league and one day I want to play there, to improve to be a better player. I think it’s the best league in the world.”
If seems, then, if ever there was a time to move for the Gunners, that time is now.
