Real Madrid are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang this summer with Zinedine Zidane’s side joining the race this week as per reports – and Gunners fans are desperate for a swap deal.

Aubameyang, 30, has been linked with numerous European heavyweights this summer given he is due to enter the final 12 months of his contract. Barcelona have been strongly linked with a move for the Gabonese ace.

However, football website 90Min claim both Liverpool and Chelsea want to sign the former Borussia Dortmund star – meanwhile, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have also been suggested as options by the Mail.

Now, France Football have claimed that Real Madrid have made an enquiry to sign the striker – who has scored an impressive 20 goals in 32 games, despite being used out wide on numerous occasions.

The Gunners may be forced into selling Aubameyang, and that means they will need a replacement. Coincidentally, Arsenal are said to be interested in offering Luka Jovic an escape route from the Santiago Bernabeu, as per Spanish outlet AS.

Arsenal fans have put two and two together on Twitter, and are willing to see a deal that would see Real offer Jovic and cash for Aubameyang in the coming months. Whether such a deal occurs, though, remains to be seen.
