Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has given a rather worrying assessment of the recent reports linking him with a £70 million move to Barcelona.
The French ace is an alternative transfer target for the Catalan giants, who are said to be prioritising a move for Antoine Griezmann (The Sun).

Lacazette has had a fine campaign for the Gunners in 2018/19, making 48 appearances and scoring 19 goals.
He scooped the club’s Player of the Year award for his efforts, and the 2017 signing from Lyon is adored for his superb all-round ability.
But fans may not be too impressed with his standpoint on Barcelona’s interest, with the 27-year-old branding it ‘flattering’ in an interview with Telefoot (quoted by The Daily Mail).
TBR’s view
Arsenal cannot lose Lacazette as he is arguably the best striker the club have had in years.
Of course Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has shone since arriving in January 2018, but the Gabon international often features on the wing, making it difficult to classify him in the same way as Lacazette.

Lacazette’s all-round game is hugely impressive and his link-up play with Aubameyang is often highly effective.
If Barca come calling then the club have to stand firm. Hopefully in the eyes of the Arsenal faithful, his comments won’t invite the Spanish heavyweights to do just that.
