Arsenal lost 2-0 to Tottenham yesterday and one man who really didn’t enjoy a good afternoon was right-back Hector Bellerin.

The 29-year-old has waited patiently for a chance to shine and bizarrely hasn’t played a single minute in the Premier League this season.

Right now, his £65,000-a-week wage looks like a complete waste of money and Arteta should bring him in from the cold.

He has featured in every game in the Europa League and has helped the Gunners to a perfect record from their five games.

Soares has 125 Premier League appearances to his name and is a safe pair of hands when it comes to steady performances.

The Arsenal squad boasts a lot of young talent and his big-game experience could help revive performances.

Bellerin’s form is a massive cause for concern and after his Tottenham horror-show, Arteta must turn to Soares.
