Juventus are increasingly keen to bring forward Aaron Ramsey’s move to Italy to this month, according to the Daily Mirror.
The Welsh international midfielder has reportedly already undergone a medical ahead of his move to the Old Lady, which will go through at the end of the season when his current contract with Arsenal expires.
But the Italian champions want him sooner, and are apparently ready to offer young goalkeeper Emil Audero in exchange for getting the deal done before the January window.
That is an insulting offer from Arsenal’s perspective; a goalkeeper who is not even currently at Juventus – he’s on loan with Sampdoria – will not make up for the early departure of a player who can decide the outcomes of matches.

But that’s not to say that there aren’t players on the Turin club’s books who would improve Arsenal. Medhi Benatia has been a title-winner in both Italy and Germany and is reportedly looking to force a January move away from the club due to frustration over his lack of gametime.
Arsenal’s defence has remained shaky under Unai Emery and a player of Benatia’s experience would go a long way to resolving those issues and at least soften the blow of losing Ramsey sooner – if that proves to be the case.
