Arsenal face Leeds United this afternoon looking to get back to winning ways after two successive defeats.

Mikel Arteta’s team will face a stern examination from Marcelo Bielsa’s team who have earnt lots of plaudits this season.

The Gunners boss will go in search of a winning formula at the Emirates Stadium this afternoon in what promises to be a decent clash.

Ahead of today’s game, here is how Arteta’s team could look.

In goal and back four

Bernd Leno and David Luiz are both set for a return and the duo could earn a place in Arteta’s starting eleven.

The German goalkeeper should replace Mat Ryan in goal, despite a strong debut from the Australian last week.

Luiz should return to partner Rob Holding at centre-back, with the £50,000-a-week Gabriel on the bench.

At full-back, Hector Bellerin should start at right-back with Cedric playing on the left.

Midfield

Arteta does have options in the middle of the park and it’ll be interesting to see who does get the nod today.

Granit Xhaka has been fancied by the Spaniard and should start today in the absence of Thomas Partey.

Alongside him, expect Dani Ceballos to play, with the on-loan Real Madrid man yet to hit top form this season.

In attack

Emile Smith Rowe has enjoyed a good run in the team but he could be handed a rest today.

Martin Odegaard enjoyed a decent cameo last week against Aston Villa. As a result, the 22-year-old could be in line for a first start today.

Man of the moment Bukayo Saka looks certain to start and will probably operate on the right.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could return to the team as well, starting on the left.

Up-front, Alexandre Lacazette looks likely to start and he will hope to add to his 10 goals this season.
