Arsenal are reportedly open to selling Emile Smith Rowe this month in order to raise funds to balance the books.
The 23-year-old attacking midfielder has hardly featured for the Gunners this season despite fully recovering from a groin injury that kept Smith Rowe out of action for essentially all of last year.
As a result, the England international’s future has become the subject of much debate amongst Arsenal fans, and it now appears that the club are now open to selling Smith Rowe.

According to journalist Alex Crook via TalkSport, the Gunners might look to cash in on the Hale End academy graduate, with Smith Rowe’s career seemingly set to be away from north London.
Lauded by Alan Pardew as a ‘phenomenal’ player, Arsenal could get quite the fee for Smith Rowe, and a decision has seemingly been made on what the club now want to do with the youngster.
Crook said: “We’re seeing it with Chelsea, Conor Gallagher could be sold with the right offer to balance the books. Emile Smith Rowe is a player at Arsenal that they might cash in on.”
Mikel Arteta needs to give Emile Smith Rowe another chance at Arsenal

It feels like a lifetime ago when Smith Rowe was one of Arsenal’s most exciting prospects, with the 2021/22 season one that saw the forward shine in the limelight.
Yet with injuries and the Gunners now looking like a force in the Premier League, Smith Rowe has been left behind in the squad, with the 23-year-old now hardly featuring for his boyhood club.
However, Arteta needs to be brave and to give Smith Rowe a chance to show what he can in this Arsenal squad, with the versatile winger impressing with the limited chances he has received this season.
Indeed, Smith Rowe clearly has the quality to shine at Arsenal, yet Arteta needs to give the youngster a chance to show the world once again what he is capable of when given time on the pitch.
