Arsenal are prepared to let Nacho Monreal leave before the European transfer window closes if he asks to leave, according to The Sun.
The 33-year-old has been linked with a move to Real Sociedad and only has a year left on his contract at the Emirates Stadium.
It is claimed in the report that boss Unai Emery would be willing to let him leave if Monreal expresses a wish to move on.

The La Liga outfit are offering a two-year contract to Monreal who knows he won’t receive an extension to his existing deal in North London.
Arsenal will hope to recoup around £3 million for Monreal who arrival from Malaga six years ago.
Once Kieran Tierney returns to action in October, the experienced performer is expected to slide down the pecking order.
TBR Verdict – Monreal departure makes sense but could be risky
If the long-serving Arsenal left-back was to depart now it could leave the Gunners short.
Saed Kolasinac would be the only option on the left-hand side of defence until Tierney returns to full fitness.

Okay so the Gunners might get £3 million should they offload Monreal now, but it might be worth keeping him around at least until January.
If Tierney comes back and hits the ground running then the Spaniard falls out of the picture. If he breaks down again following his injury, Monreal could still have lots of chances to get some game time.
