Reported Arsenal target Marcel Sabitzer appears to have dropped a hint over his future, in conversation with the official Bundesliga website.
Calciomercato claimed in March that Mikel Arteta’s Gunners, as well as Tottenham Hotspur, were eyeing the RB Leipzig winger ahead of a summer move.
However, Sabitzer has suggested that he plans to stay at Leipzig next season and help the team win the Bundesliga.

“We’re a young team so it’s not always easy,” he told the Bundesliga website.
“Especially when a lot of noise comes from outside, asking whether we’ll win the league, can we do it, all that.
“So that adds a bit of pressure and perhaps one or two people think about it too much and it holds you back a bit.
“We’ve experienced that now, and we have to learn how to deal with it. And next year we want to go for it again, if possible.”
TBR View:
Sabitzer has enjoyed a superb season so far for the Bundesliga side, registering 16 goals and 10 assists in 40 appearances in all competitions.
To date, the 26-year-old has made 184 appearances for Leipzig, his 43-goal and 34-assist return marking him out as one of the most dangerous midfielders in Germany.
With his contract expiring in 2022 and superb stats under his belt, it’s little surprise to see the Austria international linked with a move to the Premier League.
That said, Sabitzer’s comments appear to suggest that he plans to stay at Leipzig this summer, and it’s not like the club is in particular need of raising funds by selling players.
