Arsenal are once again been tipped to make a move to sign Everton striker, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, with the Toffees likely to come under pressure to sell players in the summer.
The Telegraph reports how the EU sanctions imposed on a number of Russian billionaires could affect Everton heading into the summer window. Alisher Usmanov has sponsorship deals in place at Goodison Park, and the sanctions handed out directly impact such deals.
This, of course, could impact Everton’s finances. And with that, The Telegraph reports that both Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison could be first in line to be sold. It’s claimed that Arsenal will make their move for the England striker this summer, while Manchester United and Newcastle have also shown interest.

Richarlison, meanwhile, is expected to fetch over £50m with Barcelona among the big clubs keen on him.
For Arsenal, landing Calvert-Lewin has been an objective for some time. They have been linked on more than one occasion, and were said to have put him top of their list ahead of January.
Labelled as ‘fantastic’ by Carlo Ancelotti when at Everton together, Calvert-Lewin would likely cost a big chunk of money, should Arsenal really push on with their interest. £50m has been a fee mentioned in the past.
TBR’s View: Calvert-Lewin Would Suit Arsenal
The Gunners need a new number nine in place for the future and Calvert-Lewin has a lot going for him to suit Mikel Arteta.
He is strong, quick, and crucially, works extremely hard for the team cause. In this exciting Arsenal team, that is a key element that Arteta wants in his players. Of course, ‘DCL’ could score more goals. But he did bag 16 in the league last term and has done well this year when free from injury.
For Everton, well, this is a nightmare scenario. Losing Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison at the same time would simply be a disaster.
