Jack Wilshere has waxed lyrical about Arsenal midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga, saying the 21-year-old has caught his eye in training.
The Belgium international joined Arsenal in the summer, the Gunners reportedly paying Anderlecht £15million plus add-ons.
Lokonga has featured regularly for Mikel Arteta’s side, making seven appearances in all competitions including four in the Premier League.

He has done well for the most part, and given he’s in a new league and a new country, it’s natural that he’s still developing and finding his feet.
And Wilshere, speaking to Sky Sports, is impressed by how the Belgium international has performed in training.
The former Arsenal star, currently a free agent who’s training with the Gunners, said: “They’ve brought in Lokonga, who’s young.
“I’ve been really impressed with him since watching and training with him this week.”

Arsenal are back in Premier League action on Monday night when they host Crystal Palace at the Emirates.
Lokonga, who struggled against Brighton last time out, will be eager to stake a claim for a spot in the starting XI and deliver an impressive display.
Given he wasn’t called up by Belgium for their UEFA Nations League double-header this month, he should be refreshed and ready to go.
