Arsenal in talks with Fenerbahce over Sead Kolasinac, Romano claims
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed on Twitter that Arsenal are in talks with Fenerbahce over a potential move for Sead Kolasinac, but the journalist suggested that no agreement has yet been reached.
Kolasinac looks to be one of the players the Gunners would like to move on before the deadline passes.
Nuno Tavares was brought in to provide cover and competition and Kieran Tierney. And reports previously claimed that Arsenal would sell the 28-year-old for just £6 million.
His deal expires next summer. And he earns £100,000-a-week. So it would be a boost to offload the defender in this window.
And it seems that they may be making progress.
According to Romano, talks with Fener are ongoing. He added that the Bosnia and Herzegovina international is set to leave. Lucas Torreira, Willian and Hector Bellerin should also follow…

Arsenal need strong end to window for ins and outs as Kolasinac talks with Fenerbahce continue
Mikel Arteta is coming under serious pressure from a lot of fans. It has been an underwhelming summer. And obviously, they made a poor start to the campaign.
So a strong end to the window is required. If they can add further signings, that would be a real boost.
But it would also be a positive if they can offload several of their fringe players.
Should they secure decent deals for the likes of Kolasinac, Bellerin and Willian, that would provide the club with a lift.
It may come too late for this window. But moving three or four high-earners off the books may open the door for more to be done in January or next summer.
Arteta now needs to prove that he is the man to lead the club into those.
