Arsenal are being linked with a move for Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina.
The 25-year-old has apparently been made available for transfer by Ralph Hasenhuttl, and the player has recently stated that he wishes to leave St. Mary’s Stadium after two seasons (The Sun).

The star, who has contended with various injury problems during his time on the south coast, is open to a new challenge and is thought not to be in the Austrian’s plans.
Arsenal supposedly hold an interest in the former Juventus man, as do Manchester United.
According to The Daily Star, United are Lemina’s preferred destination, but perhaps the north London giants hold a trump card that could sway the star.
TBR’s view
Lemina is a Gabon international, meaning he knows Arsenal talisman Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang very well.
The pair have been in the national setup together since 2015 when Lemina was first called up.

Perhaps Arsenal can call on their striker to turn agent and speak with his international teammate if the club are indeed interested.
Surely a compatriot being at another club will force £65,000-a-week star Lemina (Spotrac) to think twice about moving to Manchester United.
