Arsenal are one of the clubs most involved in the summer transfer window and the latest reports suggest they have rejected a bid for one of their players.
The Premier League title race looks like it could involve multiple teams including Arsenal next season. The Gunners were surprisingly involved last season but fell short.
Despite this, some top players look to be on the way out, and one of them reportedly is Folarin Balogun. Reports from 90min suggest that Arsenal have rejected a £30million bid for Balogun.
The report goes on to say that Monaco are the club who made the bid. They suggest that Arsenal are willing to sell but they ‘swiftly rejected’ the bid and want to hold out for £50million.

Arsenal reject bid for Balogun
Reports have already shared that the “phenomenal” forward is not wanting to go back out on loan or sign a new deal at the club.
Due to this, you can see why Arsenal are happy to sell the player this summer transfer window. Even though they have been offered a good amount, they want more, and this could massively backfire.
Balogun looks to be a top prospect and is only 22 years-old. His form last season clearly showed that he has top potential as he managed 22 goals.
Despite this, it seems like a huge risk to want at least £50million for him when he has only had one proper season in a top-flight league.

Perhaps Arsenal should look to meet more in the middle and hope that a club comes in with a bid for around £40million.
Having a prolific finisher is something all clubs want. With Balogun scoring 22 goals last season in Ligue 1, he has showed that he can do that.
