Arsenal have just launched a proposal to sign a very highly rated winger, according to a recent report.
The North Londoners are in the market for attacking reinforcements this summer as they look to go again for the Premier League title in the fast-approaching season.
Having missed out to Manchester City by two points, the onus will be on Mikel Arteta to deliver the club a first league title since 2004.
To do that, he’ll need heavy investment in the transfer window and it’s just emerged that the club have submitted a bid for a breakout attacker at Euro 2024.

Arsenal submit bid for Nico Williams
According to Spanish outlet AS, Arsenal have tabled a bid to sign Spain and Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams.
It’s claimed The Gunners have put money down for both Bilbao and Williams, with a release clause worth £49m active.
Arsenal consider that to be a bargain for the jet-heeled wide player, who has impressed many at the European Championships in Germany.
Williams netted a sublime goal against Georgia in the last 16 which evidently enticed Arteta to accelerate a move.
Barcelona also keen on signing Nico Williams
La Liga giants Barcelona are also keen on signing the 21-year-old this summer.
Though, they might struggle to meet his release clause due to their uncertain financial position.
The only way for the deal to be feasible would be if Raphinha or Frenkie de Jong were sold, which is unlikely to materialise over the coming week, leaving them well behind in the race.
The Gunners don’t have a totally clear run at Williams, though, with Chelsea also willing to launch a bid for his signature.
A telling week lies ahead for sporting director Edu Gaspar.
