Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has delivered an update on Bukayo Saka ahead of tonight’s game against Olympiacos – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter are worried about his comments.
The Gunners face Olympiacos later on Thursday in the second leg of a Europa League last-16 tie.
They currently have a 3-1 aggregate lead from the first meeting, with three away goals putting them in an extremely strong position.
Arteta said in his pre-match press conference (official website) on Wednesday that a decision was still yet to be made over the availability of Bukayo Saka for Olympiacos.
The 19-year-old attacker, who has been a pivotal figure so far this season, was forced off at half time during the weekend’s win over Tottenham with a suspected muscle injury.
Arteta hinted the signs were positive in training, but chose not to give anything more away.

A selection of Arsenal supporters on social media are convinced Arteta should play it safe by leaving him out of the XI in the Europa League.
With a Premier League fixture away to West Ham just days later on Sunday, many feel Saka should be wrapped in cotton wool until then.
The right-winger has six goals and seven assists in all competition this season, but teammate Nicolas Pepe is a more than capable replacement.
