Arsenal fans will love what Charlie Patino has Tweeted after Gunners win NLD
Arsenal produced a brilliant display to beat Tottenham 3-1 at The Emirates in the NLD – and fans will love what Charlie Patino has posted on Twitter.
Going into the game, both sides had endured tumultuous campaigns so far. Spurs had won their opening three, but lost their last two – both 3-0.
Arsenal suffered defeats in their first five, but then beat Norwich and Burnley 1-0. On Sunday, the two took to the field, and Arsenal won.
Goals from Emile Smith-Rowe, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Bukayo Saka saw Arsenal lead 3-0 at half-time. Son got a late goal for Spurs.
But Arsenal were much the better side. They wanted it more and even when Spurs dominated possession, the Gunners were excellent defensively.
Ben White and Gabriel are becoming a proper partnership – as are Martin Odegaard and Thomas Partey. An identity is beginning to brew.
NLD: What has Patino said, as Arsenal beat Tottenham?
One teenage starlet that will be looking to be a part of that is Patino. The 17-year-old is earning rave reviews of late; currently in first-team training.
At such a young age, he is already a regular in the Under-23’s side – and captained his side in the latest EFL trophy fixture. He is really impressing.
Arsenal fans are excited by the Watford-born ace. It is easy to see why. On Sunday, his social media activity will have endeared him to fans even more.
Posting on Twitter after the match, teenage ace Patino posted a five-word Tweet that Gunners fans will love after the win over Spurs.
