Arsenal have a 100 per cent record after two games of the Premier League season and travel to Liverpool on Saturday looking to preserve it.
Mesut Ozil is yet to play a part in this campaign, while Joe Willock and Reiss Nelson have featured heavily – and the German international has had his say on what the youngsters need to do next.
As per Arsenal Player, via Sky Sports, Ozil said: “The most important thing is to believe in yourself. Of course you have some days when it doesn’t go so well, but you have to believe in yourself, keep working and the most important thing is to have fun.
“If you don’t have fun, if you are losing and you make mistakes you will be disappointed. But don’t listen to anyone, you know how good you are, believe in yourself and have fun.”
But with Ozil close to a first team return, many Gunners fans began to fear that he may take the place of Nelson or Willock in the side when Arsenal travel to Liverpool on Saturday evening.
The fans on Twitter don’t want that – they’re clearly enjoying the energy and commitment being shown by the young duo, which contrasts with the way Ozil drifts in and out of games.
They’re desperate for Emery not to tinker and turn to experience at Anfield, and hope that Willock and Nelson are persisted with even at the home of the European champions.

Absolutely, if they're winning and he's not playing, why change something that doesn't need tampering with?

Food of thought, though he's trying so hard, but I don't think so.

One bit of advice they should take is to not take advice from Mesut Ozil. Biggest fraud in football.
