Alexandre Lacazette has seen his individual form jump up and down at Arsenal so far this season – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter have suggested selling him in the next transfer window.
The Gunners signed the centre-forward for £46.5million (BBC) back in 2017 from Lyon and he’s proven himself to be a decent goalscorer at the Emirates Stadium.
He’s netted 45 goals in 114 appearances for the North London club, but only has nine in all competitions so far this campaign.
The French striker was Arsenal’s player of the season for the 2018/19 season, but has been unable to recapture that same kind of form and is trying to really find his feet under new manager Mikel Arteta.
A selection of Arsenal supporters on social media believe that offloading Lacazette in the summer would make sense.
His contract with the club still runs until 2022 and he was beginning to find some kind of form before football was suspended due to the outbreak of COVID-19.
There is plenty of competition though in attacking areas at the club though with the likes of Gabriel Martinelli, Eddie Nketiah and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang all competing with Lacazette.
Here are some Arsenal fans on Lacazette:

sell cuz he causes a problem for Aubameyang who is better than him and stunts the development of Eddie and Balogun who are real ballers. If he leaves we get funds for a world-class CB, Aubameyang can play naturally and youngsters get more game time. we still have GB, EN as backup
