Wales booked their place in Euro 2020 next summer with an excellent 2-0 win over Hungary on Tuesday night as Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey scored a brace – and Arsenal fans have reacted to his Tweet.

A brilliant cross by Gareth Bale saw former Tottenham and ex-Arsenal stars combine, as the left-footed inswinging delivery was easily nodded into the back of the net by Ramsey. It took his goal tally for Wales to 15 in his 60th cap.

Wayne Hennessey made a stunning double save to keep Wales in the lead, before Kieffer Moore’s excellent header from a free-kick found its way into the path of Ramsey. The Juve star found the roof of the net with an emphatic finish.

Ramsey, who has been in and out of the Juventus side under Maurizio Sarri despite scoring twice in his eight Juve appearances, posted on Twitter after the match with delight that he, Bale and the rest of the Wales squad will be at Euro 2020.

Ramsey will be hoping that he can replicate the successes of Euro 2016, that saw Wales do the unthinkable and reach the semi-finals after beating Belgium in the quarter-finals. Ryan Giggs will be tasked with at least a challenge in the group stage.

The midfielder posted on Twitter after helping Wales reach the finals next summer, and many Arsenal fans responded to his post. Many replied by telling the former Cardiff City midfielder that they missed him in north London.
