Arsenal fans reply to Gabriel Tweet

Gabriel Magalhaes has posted on Twitter amid reports that the Brazilian defender has chosen to join Arsenal over the likes of Everton and Napoli – and Gunners fans have responded to his post.

Gabriel, 23, has been an excellent part of an ambitious Lille side that even played in the Champions League last season. The Brazil Under-20 star clocked up 34 appearances for Lille last term, helping them keep 14 clean sheets.

The Gunners have been strongly linked with a move for the centre-back, as Mikel Arteta looks to solve the club’s issues at the heart of their defence. Napoli, Everton and Manchester United are also considered as possible suitors.

French website La Voix Du Nord claimed that Gabriel wants to join Arsenal and is keen on securing a move to the Emirates quickly. Days after that report, Gabriel has posted an intriguing Tweet, with just one emoji.

It comes after Gabriel dropped a hint during an Instagram live story, in which he touched his hat – after an Arsenal fan asked him to “touch your hat if you are joining Arsenal”. It send Arsenal fans into a stir on social media.

Now, he has posted an interesting Tweet and Gunners fans have responded – urging him to choose Arsenal. Goal claim that a deal for Gabriel will see any interested party pay £25million for the central defender.
