Arsenal forward Eddie Nketiah has been linked with Premier League rivals West Ham – and some Gunners fans on Twitter have responded by claiming they want to see him sold.
According to the Evening Standard, Arsenal youngster Nketiah is attracting interest from West Ham during the current January transfer window.
It is explained that the Hammers are on the lookout to sign a replacement for Sebastien Haller.
The report states that they have Nketiah on their shortlist, but it’s unclear on if Arsenal would be willing to offload him this month.
It’s further detailed that any kind of exit would more likely be a sale than a loan, due to the fact his contract with the Gunners expires in 2022 and they would like to raise transfer funds to help sign a creative playmaker.

A selection of Arsenal supporters on social media believe that offloading 21-year-old Nketiah this month would be in their best interests.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta labelled him “extraordinary” for his age in June last year (Metro). He’s a talent to come through the academy and is the top goalscorer of all time for England’s Under-21s age group.
He’s a quick centre-forward that has scored five goals in 21 games this season. He’s got great movement in the box, but there are plenty of the fanbase who don’t feel he’s got the potential to be a long-term solution at the Emirates Stadium.
