Arsenal defeated Leeds United 4-2 to make a return to winning ways in Sunday’s Premier League clash at the Emirates Stadium.
A Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang hat-trick and a goal from Hector Bellerin saw the Gunners race into a 4-0 win. Second-half goals from Pascal Struijk and Helder Costa did make it a contest and kept Mikel Arteta’s men on their toes.
One man who did provide a topic of discussion for the Arsenal supporters was Martin Odegaard. The on-loan Real Madrid star was making his first appearance since checking in from the Bernabeu.
He arrived in January and has made two substitute appearances prior to today’s game, featuring against Wolves and Aston Villa.
The 22-year-old marvel enjoyed a decent first start for the club and plenty of supporters were on hand to discuss his performance.

Odegaard earns £85,000-a-week at the Emirates Stadium and will hope to kick his career on under Arteta’s wing.
During the clash with Leeds, he had a decent chance to score but fluffed his lines – although the assistant referee’s flag had gone up during the build-up.
The Norwegian international showed his class during a loan with Real Sociedad last season, scoring seven goals and registering nine assists.
Arsenal fans will hope he can settle quickly and grow into games more in the coming weeks.
Following today’s game, supporters took to Twitter to discuss the youngster’s maiden start and here is what they had to say.
