Arsenal fans react to performance of Kieran Tierney in Leeds draw
Arsenal were forced to settle for a 0-0 draw against Leeds United at Elland Road, with Nicolas Pepe sent off during the second half.
Following the dismissal of Pepe, it was Leeds who enjoyed the better chances, although Bukayo Saka very nearly won it for Arsenal late on.
A draw isn’t really any good for the Gunners who are desperately striving for consistency after an indifferent start to the campaign.
Despite a pretty drab afternoon for Mikel Arteta’s men the performance of Kieran Tierney did at least offer some encouragement.

The left-back was signed from Celtic for £25 million in the summer of 2019 and now his injury issues seem behind him he is starting to flourish.
Tierney earns £80,000-a-week at Arsenal and is improving each time he plays for the club.
Against Leeds, he lined up in a left-back role but ultimately he has proved that he can operate as a central defender in a three-man defence too.
The 23-year-old has now played 36 times for the Gunners and is clearly fancied by Arteta.
Arsenal fans didn’t overly enjoy their team’s performance but they did rave about Scotland international Tierney.
Here is what Gunners supporters had to say about Tierney during the draw with Leeds.
I wish all of our players cared as much about the cause as Kieran Tierney does. He knows what it means.
