Arsenal fans react to magic Charles Sagoe Jr moment

Arsenal have some burgeoning talents emerging from their Hale End academy and Charles Sagoe Jr looks like being one to keep an eye out for.

Some footage has emerged courtesy of Twitter that showcases his raw talents. It shows the youngster firing home a late winner during Saturday’s under-18 clash against West Ham.

The 17-year-old is on the path towards progressing through the Arsenal ranks. He has played in all five under-18 fixtures this season, scoring twice.

Sagoe Jr is born in Ghana and looks set to take the Gunners youth ranks by storm in the future.

Saturday was a Premier League Cup match for the Arsenal young guns. The scores had been level heading into the last minute when Sagoe Jr smashed home from close range.

It was a superb team goal that showcased come crisp passing, intricate movement and a devastating finish.

Arsenal fans love to see their own talents doing great things for the youth ranks. Sagoe Jr is the name on everyone’s lips after his weekend goal and supporters want to see more.

What next for Sagoe Jr at Arsenal?

It would seem as though the youngster will hone his skills with the under-18s this season. He could, however, make the leap into under-23 action.

He has played in central midfield, as a number ten and on the right-hand side of midfield so far this season.

That versatility will put him in good shape and he could continue rising through the various age levels.

For now, supporters have been rejoicing at his sweet goal at the weekend and this is what the fan base has been saying about Sagoe Jr’s goal against West Ham.
