A number of Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to comment on reports from Football London claiming that the Gunners are now in advanced talks to sign Aaron Ramsdale.
Mikel Arteta’s men look to be closing in on their fourth permanent signing of the window.

Football London reports that they are expected to pay £24 million up front for Ramsdale. Meanwhile, the deal could reach £30 million with add-ons.
The 23-year-old should now come in as cover for Bernd Leno. Obviously, that is assuming that Arsenal manage to get the deal across the line.
Unsurprisingly, the reports have divided many of the Arsenal fans on social media.

Some are very disappointed. Ramsdale did not have the best time at Sheffield United, with the Blades getting relegated last season.
And several have expressed their dismay about paying £30 million for a potential back-up. It probably does not help that many feel that the move is being funded by the potential sale of Joe Willock.
Meanwhile, others are much more optimistic. Ramsdale improved considerably in the second-half of last season. And he also caught the eye at Bournemouth before his move to Bramall Lane.

With that in mind, here is how some of the fans have reacted to the latest reports…
