Arsenal fans react on Twitter to Dani Ceballos’s performance vs Everton

A number of Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Dani Ceballos’s performance during the Gunners’ 3-2 win over Everton at the Emirates.

Mikel Arteta’s men came out on top in a dramatic game against the Toffees. The visitors had initially taken the lead, but Arsenal managed to turn the game on its head thanks to Eddie Nketiah and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Aubameyang would then put the home side back in front after Richarlison had equalised in stoppage-time at the end of the first-half.

It was not a flawless performance from Arsenal, who had kept three clean sheets in a row leading up to the game with Carlo Ancelotti’s side. But they did secure an important three points.

Ceballos has enjoyed a very impressive return to the side. The Spaniard had gone into the month having not started a game since November.

But he is now seemingly establishing himself as a player Arteta cannot leave out of the side. He has been excellent alongside Granit Xhaka in the middle of the park.

Whoscored.com shows that he made two successful challenges against Everton. Meanwhile, no player made more interceptions than the 23-year-old.

And the fans on social media seemed to be very pleased with Ceballos’s performance in the victory. Some have also insisted that the club must look to make his loan move a permanent deal.
