Arsenal continued their decent start to the 2020/21 campaign by beating Sheffield United 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium.

The Gunners secured the win thanks to two second-half goals from Bukayo Saka and substitute Nicolas Pepe. David McGoldrick’s late strike proved scant consolation for the Blades.

One man who caught the eye for the Gunners was defender Hector Bellerin.

During the summer transfer window, the Spaniard had been linked with a move away from Arsenal.

His performance against the Blades made a mockery of such suggestion as he collected two assists for both Arsenal goals.

Mikel Arteta’s men have collected nine points from their four games and look to be on the up under the Spaniard’s leadership.

The Gunners finished eighth last season and Arteta knows he will need to improve on that this season.

Bellerin might be a key part of his plans for the foreseeable after this performance, with his showing a joy to behold.
