PSG have opened talks with Arsenal over a £30 million deal to sign defender Hector Bellerin, according to the Daily Mail.
The French giants are keen to sign the player this summer and have opened the bidding with a £25 million offer, rising to £30 million with a series of add ons.
Bellerin, 25, has fallen down the pecking order at Arsenal having been at the club since 2011 when he joined from Barcelona
Last season, the Spaniard played in just 15 league games, missing much of the campaign with various injury problems.

Should Bellerin be allowed to leave, it seems likely that Ainsley Maitland-Niles will stay at the Emirates, with his departure looking on the cards recently.
In total, Bellerin has played 205 games for the club, winning the FA Cup three times, since rising through the club’s youth ranks.
If the deal goes through, his final act for the Gunners will have been playing 58 minutes as Arsenal defeated Liverpool in the Community Shield at the weekend.
Following these latest reports, some Arsenal fans have been responding to the news and it’s fair to say that some aren’t overly pleased that the £110,000-a-week (Spotrac) star could be sold
Here is a selection of what Gunners fans are saying as Bellerin becomes the subject of interest.
