Arsenal and Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing Sheffield United midfielder Sander Berge and the Gunners fan base have been reacting on Twitter.

According to the Express, clubs are eyeing a move for the 23-year-old with the Blades set to be relegated to the Championship.

Sheffield United are hoping to recoup £22.2 million for their playmaker after forking out that amount in January 2020 to Genk.

Berge has been out injured since just prior to Christmas and in total, he has played 30 times for the Blades.

Despite his occasional struggles at Bramall Lane, the 24-cap Norway international has bags of potential.

As a result, some sizeable Premier League clubs are preparing to swoop, with Tottenham and Arsenal both keen.

The Gunners might look to add some more quality to their ranks in the summer.

Dani Ceballos has struggled for consistency in his second spell and Arsenal could move on from the Spaniard.

After being linked with Berge, supporters took to Twitter to discuss a potential move in the summer.

Here is what the fan base are saying about the £32,000-a-week playmaker.
