Arsenal have been reported with a summer move for Wolves midfielder Ruben Neves.

According to the Times, the Gunners have begun work to sign the Portuguese international. As reported by the Athletic, Neves is available this summer for £35m.

A summer of midfield change

Indeed, Arsenal are likely to sign a midfielder this summer. Football London report that the likes of Matteo Guendouzi and Lucas Torreira could leave the club in the coming weeks.

Granit Xhaka has also been linked with a departure.

Furthermore, Neves has been with Wolves for the past four seasons and has been key to the club’s meteoric rise up the English football ladder. The 24-year-old played a role in the side’s UEFA Europa League run last year.
