Arsenal fans react as report claims transfer plan for Reiss Nelson
Arsenal are looking to loan Reiss Nelson out to a team in the Championship this month, according to The Sun.
The 21-year-old hasn’t played a great deal under Mikel Arteta and is in need of first-team football.
Nelson spent time on loan with Hoffenheim during the 2018/19 campaign; scoring seven goals in 23 league appearances.
A move to the second tier could boost his confidence and see him head back to North London ready to fight for a more prominent place.
At this stage, there is no indication as to which clubs might want to take him.

It has to be said though that it’s likely to be teams chasing promotion who will queue for his services.
After rising through the Hale End ranks, the winger has played 47 times for the Gunners.
The youngster needs to rediscover some form and it’ll be interesting to see which clubs come in for him.
Following today’s report, it seems as though the Gunners fans have been reacting on Twitter.
Plenty feel the move is a good idea and hope a potential loan goes according to plan for the £15,000-a-week player.
Here is what the Arsenal fan base is saying on Twitter.
It will be a good move for him the RW is too stacked right now, so a 6 month loan will do him a world of good, then summer we can try sell Willian or If we somehow cut our losses with Nicolas Pepe

He needs this so badly. Otherwise his career looks like it's going to stall. AMN and Willock should also be in the same boat but AMN should be loaned to a PL or Bundesliga team which can guarantee him minutes

Like him a lot but always suffering with niggling injuries, needs to get fit and play at least 10 straight games to get past injuries mentally imo

Absolutely needed for sure. He needs minutes but he also needs to realise it is up to him to put the work in to get game time, and when that comes, to actually take that chance, I say this for him at Arsenal but more so for who he goes to in the Championship also.

Good for him, he should be the one pushing for this can't understand why he will be so satisfied sitting on the bench.

Great move, hopefully find him a club where he can get some good game time

He needs to play. Lots of ability but injuries have come as he was just starting to get chances. A short loan would be ideal.
