Arsenal fans have taken to social media to praise Mikel Arteta following his comments on the now failed European Super League.
The Gunners manager was asked about the proposed competition after the club announced on their official website that they would be one of the 12-teams to compete in a European Super League, however, following severe backlash from fans, former players and pundits, Arsenal, as well as the six other Premier League teams who signed-up for the competition, have since pulled out as reported by BBC Sport.
