Arsenal fans react as Liverpool linked with move for Ryan Fraser

Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser is out of contract at the end of the season and Liverpool are reportedly interested in landing the winger in the January transfer window – and Arsenal fans have reacted on Twitter to the link.

Fraser, 25, is unlikely to sign a new contract at The Vitality Stadium. In just six months time he can talk to non-English clubs over a pre-contract agreement, but it seems as though the Scotland international is to remain in the Premier League.

The Mirror claims Arsenal were interested in signing Fraser in the summer, with Bournemouth valuing the winger at £27million. However, he remained with Eddie Howe’s side, and now the latest reports claim Liverpool could sign him.

TalkSPORT report that Liverpool are in ‘advanced talks’ to sign Fraser, who starred in 2018-19 and had a hand in 23 goals for The Cherries. He scored eight and created 15 more, but this time around, he has scored only one goal in 11 games.

Liverpool are looking to bring him to Anfield – if the report is to be believed – to add cover for Mo Salah and Sadio Mane. Xherdan Shaqiri is struggling with injury, while Divock Origi has been forced to play out wide.

Arsenal fans have reacted to the reported news that Liverpool are close to signing Fraser from Bournemouth – and many Gunners supporters have urged Unai Emery to make a late move to rival Liverpool for Fraser.
