Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney has been ruled out of action for three months after suffering a dislocated shoulder against West Ham United on Monday night – and Gunners fans cannot believe their summer signing’s luck.
The Standard reported that Tierney, 22, is set to undergo surgery after leaving The London Stadium with his right arm in a sling. Arsenal won the match 3-1 thanks to goals from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Gabriel Martinelli and Nicolas Pepe.
A £25million signing from Celtic in the summer, Tierney has only managed 11 appearances in all competitions for Arsenal after struggling at the beginning of the campaign for fitness. A string of niggling injuries prevented him from playing.

Now, almost immediately after returning to first-team action, Tierney is set to be sidelined until March with the problem. It means Sead Kolasinac is expected to come in fo the 12-time Scotland international on the left side of the defence.
Kolasinac was not even named in the squad on Monday, but was then included after a late injury to Hector Bellerin in the warm-up – before playing 60 minutes following Tierney’s injury. He laid on an assist for Martinelli.
Arsenal fans have reacted to the reported news that they may not see Tierney again until March, and some supporters cannot believe the ex-Celtic star’s luck since his move from the Scottish champions.
