Arsenal fans react as Hector Bellerin reportedly wants to leave, with Bayern lurking

Hector Bellerin is reportedly ready to end a nine-year stay at Arsenal this summer and leave north London, with Bayern Munich said to be considering a move – and Gunners fans have responded on Twitter.

Bellerin, now 25, joined Arsenal when he was just 16 from Barcelona and has since clocked up a whopping 195 appearances in all competitions for the north Londoners. Such form has even seen him earn three Spain caps.

However, with Arsenal declining and the chance of no European football next season, Bellerin could be tempted to depart Arsenal despite currently being vice-captain behind Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Sky Germany claim just that. They reckon Bellerin could be about to walk through the exit doors at The Emirates, despite having three years left on his current contract – and Bayern Munich have shortlisted the defender.

Hansi Flick’s side are interested in signing Sergino Dest, but if they fail to land the United States international currently shining at Ajax – then they may consider Bellerin as a replacement.

Arsenal supporters reacted to the reported news that Bellerin could be about to depart with Bayern licking their lips, and the majority are keen for Bellerin to remain at Arsenal. However, some supporters would be happy to see him depart.
