Arsenal fans have been reacting to reports (AS) midfielder Dani Ceballos has made contact with his parent club Real Madrid about potentially ending his loan spell with the Gunners.
Ceballos hasn’t stepped out onto a pitch since November, when he sustained a hamstring injury against Vitoria in the Europa League.
The player has been in training since Christmas though, and has been on the bench for the last couple of matches against Chelsea and Sheffield United.

For reason or another, Mikel Arteta has declined to use the 23-year-old, and apparently the player is disappointed with his lack of involvement.
With the European Championships this summer, Ceballos – who earns £52,000-a-week (Spotrac) – has concerns that a lack of regular game time could see him miss out for his country.
It is thought Ceballos has voiced his concerns to Real, and apparently he is keen to work in fresh environment.
In the beginning, Ceballos wowed Arsenal supporters. His full debut against Burnley at the Emirates Stadium was certainly a high point.

But his form quickly dipped, and then the injury in November happened.
