Arsenal watched AC Milan star Hakan Calhanoglu during their Milan-derby defeat to Inter last night, according to Turkish Football.
The Turkish performer played the full 90 minutes as Antonio Conte’s side roared back from two goals behind to win 3-2.
Calhanoglu has been a long-term transfer target for the Gunners; with The Mirror claiming that he was sought during the January window.

The 26-year-old has scored five goals this season, with AC Milan struggling in Serie A. He has been at the San Siro for nearly three years, signing from Leverkusen for £21 million (Goal).
Calhanoglu boasts the versatility to play in a number of positions but has often been forced out onto the left this season.
Last night he lined-up just behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic and hit the post during the contest.
Arsenal supporters might be in for an interesting summer. With European football likely to be off the table, several big-name stars could depart.
That could lead to a whole host of new names arriving and Calhanoglu could be one of them.

Arsenal fans don’t seem overly excited at the prospect of the Turkey international arriving, however.
Following the news that the Gunners were in attendance at the San Siro last night, supporters took to Twitter to discuss the player.
Here is a selection of tweets from Arsenal supporters who aren’t convinced by the playmaker.
