Arsenal fans react as club reportedly join Tottenham in race for £20m midfielder

Arsenal are reportedly battling two London rivals in Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United for the signature of Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos – and Gunners fans are desperate to see him signed.

El Confidencial has claimed that Tottenham are leading the way to sign the 22-year-old midfielder, with Mauricio Pochettino a big fan of the playmaker. His admiration of Ceballos stretches back to his Real Betis days.

But Spurs are not alone in their pursuit of the six-time Spain international. Indeed, Arsenal are also said to be keen on Ceballos while West Ham United will be looking to tempt the midfielder with a move to the London Stadium.

The Express claim Ceballos is available for just £20million this summer. Arsenal will be looking to bring in a midfielder to replace the loss of Aaron Ramsey, who has moved to Italian champions Juventus this summer.

Ceballos could be tempted with a move away from Real this summer. He started just 19 matches this season, with the likes of Luka Modric, Casemiro, Toni Kroos and Marco Asensio ahead in the pecking order.
