Arsenal are reportedly interested in raiding Bayern Munich for highly-rated teenager Angelo Stiller this summer as the 19-year-old is yet to even train with Hansi Flick’s senior side – and Gunners fans have responded on Twitter.
German newspaper SportBild have claimed that Arsenal want to sign the 19-year-old midfielder, with Gunners scouts being impressed with his form for the German champions’ Under-19 side – and reserve team.
He has broken into the second string this season, playing eight times for a side that compete in the third tier of German football. But it is his performances in the UEFA Youth League that are likely to have attracted clubs.

Indeed, in six UEFA Youth League outings this season, the Germany Under-18 international has scored once and laid on an impressive six assists. Now, he could be available, as his contract looks set to enter the last 12 months.
The report claims Arsenal are keen to raid Bayern for Stiller, in a move that would be the opposite of a growing trend which sees young English players move to the Bundesliga. The report states Bayern would want a buy-back clause.
Arsenal supporters reacted on Twitter to the reported news that their club could be after Stiller in the coming months as Mikel Arteta targets additions to his midfield – and many feel left-footed Stiller would be a good signing.
