Arsenal’s side against Newcastle on the opening weekend of the Premier League season had a youthful look, with many of their first team still not ready for action.
Academy graduate Hector Bellerin and £25 million (BBC) deadline day signing Kieran Tierney look set to be the club’s first choice full backs, but neither is fit to play right now.
Bellerin has been out since January and Tierney came to the club with an injury but Gunners fans appear excited about seeing the pair on the pitch together.
Arsenal’s official Twitter account posted a photo of the duo continuing their recovery out on the training pitch together, loads of supporters responded excitedly.

They think that they have a pair of full backs to rival Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson over at Liverpool and can’t wait for their expected returns – with one suggesting October.
We’ve put together the best of the reaction from Gunners fans who have seen their side win their opening match of the season and are looking forward to what’s to come…
