Arsenal will move for Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana if his appeal against a 12-month ban is successful, according to a report from Goal.
The Gunners could be in the market for a new stopper and will move for Onana if his appeal comes to fruition.
He’s currently serving a 12-month ban handed to him by UEFA for using banned substances. His appeal is to be heard in June though and the sentence might be reduced.

Currently, he won’t be able to play until February 2022 but if his suspension is reduced a summer move could be on the cards.
It was suggested recently that Bernd Leno was willing to keep his options open and as a result, Arsenal will turn their attentions towards a potential replacement.
Ajax will ask for around £12 million for Onana and if his ban is reduced to eight months he’d be able to start training with a new club in June.
With the 25-year-old having just another year to run on his deal, the Dutch champions could accept a fee in the region of £7 million.
Following the latest reports, supporters have taken to Twitter to discuss the potential for Onana to join Arsenal. Here is what they had to say regarding the reported interest.
