Arsenal talent Harry Clarke has been named as the Player of the Month for his strong performances on loan at Ross County.

The youngster is spending the campaign with the Scottish Premiership as he looks to gain vital experience.

He has been a regular in Malky Mackay’s team and is clearly enjoying playing on a frequent basis.

Interestingly he has showcased his best form, despite playing out of position over the last month.

Mackay has switched him from a central defensive position to right-back and he’s thriving in the new role.

During October he’s registered two goals and two assists and Arsenal fans have been intrigued by his performances.

Transfermarkt claims that Clarke is out of contract with Arsenal in the summer.

If that is to be true, Mikel Arteta must decide whether or not to reward the 20-year-old with a new deal or not.

On current form, he’s certainly offering the Gunners some food for thought and they’ll hope his strong form continues.

Clarke has been with Arsenal for many years, working his way through the academy ranks.

The youngster has also spent time with Oldham Athletic and he’s also made plenty of appearances for the development squads.
