Arsenal claimed a surprise 3-1 win over Chelsea to end a run of seven Premier League games without a victory.
The Gunners goals came from Alexandre Lacazette, Granit Xhaka and Bukayo Saka.
A late Tammy Abraham goal didn’t dampen the spirits and there was still time for Bernd Leno to save a Jorginho penalty as well.
Mikel Arteta badly needed this win and his decision to start Emile Smith Rowe in the No.10 role delighted the club’s supporters.

The 20-year-old has performed well in three Europa League games but Arteta had resisted unleashing him in the league.
After last night’s showing that looks a somewhat foolish decision.
Smith Rowe was in fine form and claimed an assist during the game before being replaced by Joe Willock.
It would seem as though he is desperate to win a regular place and his performance belied his tender years.
The youngster spent the second half of last season on loan at Huddersfield and was largely used a central midfielder.
That isn’t really where he is strongest and he looked superb in the No.10 role last night.
Following the game, supporters took to Twitter to rave about the youngster.
Here is what they were saying about Smith Rowe…
