With Alexandre Lacazette still out, teenager Bukayo Saka was handed a start for Arsenal against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
And he did not disappoint his manager, on a night where there were plenty of underwhelming displays, standing out as a rare player of quality, speed and class on an underwhelming night.
Some of his more experienced team mates seemed overawed or not able to get to grips with the occasion but Saka was able to show what he could do in flashes.
He impressed the supporters with plenty taking to Twitter to complain about the fact he was substituted late on with the game still in the balance and praise his performance on the night.

The future looks bright for Arsenal in truth – even if the performance in the present last night was not especially inspiring – and Saka is at the forefront of that.
He has not been overwhelmed by making the step up into the first team or stepping into a side which is not quite firing on all cylinders right now.
Saka deserves all the credit coming his way and if he keeps performing like this, he will be challenging the likes of Nicolas Pepe on a regular basis.
