Arsenal fans have welcomed the reports claiming Gunners newcomer Takehiro Tomiyasu has been handed a work permit.
The likes of football.london and the Evening Standard claimed on Thursday evening that Tomiyasu can now play at the weekend.
Tomiyasu joined Arsenal on transfer deadline day for a reported £16million after two years with Bologna.

Tomiyasu was still waiting for his work permit on Thursday morning.
Without it, he wouldn’t have been able to feature in the Premier League must-win clash with Norwich on Saturday.
But now he’s seemingly got the all-clear, he will surely fancy his chances of making the matchday squad at the Emirates.
Tomiyasu can feature at both centre-back and right-back, so there’s a good chance he could even make the starting XI.
