The switch around in North London in the last few months has been quite remarkable, with Arsenal now not far off a top four spot and Tottenham struggling for any sort of form under Nuno Santo.

Spurs were dire once again yesterday, as they were hammered by Manchester United on home turf. It was the performance of a team who looked short of confidence, quality, and faith in the manager.

Kane was given the verbal volleying from his own fans when he lost the ball on a couple of occasions in the second 45. His own performance was poor, and the boos are probably warranted after his summer antics.

For Arsenal fans on Twitter, though, it was a moment to savour.
