Arsenal fans left gutted as Xhaka suffers injury setback
Arsenal fans devastated as Xhaka suffers injury.
Granit Xhaka is a polarising figure amongst Arsenal fans.
The Gunners cannot agree on whether or not the Swiss midfielder belongs in their best side.
However, now it seems that doesn’t matter,
Xhaka won’t be in the side for a while now as it appears that he’s suffered a knee injury against Tottenham.
The midfielder has been pictured wearing a knee brace whilst awaiting for results from a scan.
The injury came as Arsenal absolutely smashed Tottenham on Sunday.
The result was fantastic but it obviously came at a cost as we won’t be seeing the Thomas Partey and Xhaka pairing anytime soon.

The pair were absolute fantastic against in the derby on Sunday and the fans would have hoped they could put a run of games together.
Now, though, it seems there will be a few weeks before the twi can take to the pitch together again.
In his place one of the likes of Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Mohamed Elneny or Albert Sambi Lokonga will have to step up in his place.
It’s a good thing that Arsenal have these options to come in for Xhaka.
However, the last thing they’d have wanted was to lose one of their stars from Sunday.
The supporters will now just be quick to wish their man a speedy recovery.
The sooner that Xhaka is back the better.
His return will be looked forward to by the fans, as even those that aren’t a fan of Xhaka have been quick to wish him well.
