Arsenal defender Sead Kolasinac is the subject of transfer interest from his former club Schalke, according to German outlet Bild.
They report that 63-year-old club chief Clemens Tonnies is keen to recruit more players who understand the ethos of the club – and Kolasinac, 25, fits the bill.
That’s because he played for the club for five years between 2012 and 2017, before joining Arsenal when his deal with the German club ran out.
He was a free transfer but Spotrac claim he earns £100,000 a week at the Emirates Stadium and after such a disappointing performance in Wednesday’s Europa League final, many Gunners fans don’t feel they’re getting value for money.

They are absolutely desperate to get rid of the defender, and took to Twitter to urge their club to offload the 25-year-old amid the reports.
The Gunners need a huge squad overhaul this summer and while Kolasinac may not initially be the most obvious contender for the cull, the Arsenal fans have spoken online…
